At Golden Hearing we offer our patients complimentary hearing exams, we fit new hearing devices and service existing hearing aids. We also carry hearing aid supplies, batteries and ear care products. We carry Bluetooth accessories to help patients hear audio from their phones, televisions or tablets directly into their hearing aids

We work directly with our patients and their families from the first phone call to any follow-up visits, to annual hearing check-ups, for years to come. We believe in getting to know our patients and their families so we can help enrich all of their lives.

Our Story

Golden Hearing was founded by a provider with 17 years of industry experience who had previously worked for a mid-sized hearing organization that eventually grew into a large corporation. Eventually it became difficult for the provider to find the necessary time to spend with each patient and deliver that specialized care that all of them deserved.

“Some of the most influential people that I have had the pleasure to work with always told me that the patient doesn’t care how much you know, unless they know how much you care.” These are the words the provider has always lived by and puts emphasis on today at Golden Hearing.

The name Golden Hearing was derived from a few concepts. The provider wanted to help her patients enjoy their best lives by providing them with the finest hearing devices and outstanding care, thus helping to ensure their hearing was “Golden.” The inspiration for the name was validated by the provider’s loyal pooch, Bronx, the Goldendoodle. Since dogs always provide unconditional love and are always there to serve, no matter what life brings, it seemed only fitting since that was exactly what the provider wanted her patients to feel.

Who Are We

Golden Hearing is an independent hearing clinic run solely by the provider and her family. Our provider, Jennifer Gaver was born and raised just outside of Urbana,  
Ohio. She and her husband Tony still live in Champaign County today. They have 3 grown children, Hillary, Hunter and Allyson. Jennifer is active in her church and community. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Logan County, and volunteers to serve the United Way.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys coaching sports which she has done for the past 25+ years. She uses every season as an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our youth.
